




Responsibilities: \- Manage the entire import cycle: contact with suppliers, customs procedures, logistics coordination, and quality control, taking responsibility for ensuring each import arrives safely at the company. \- Provide a dignified work environment for the team, based on respect, discipline, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. \- Ensure the well-being and stability of the team under supervision, including managing birthdays, celebrations, and engagement activities that promote motivation and a sense of belonging. \- Supervise staff in their daily tasks, guaranteeing compliance with the quality, productivity, and ethical standards established by the company. \- Evaluate and verify product and material costs, proposing adjustments to optimize operational and financial efficiency. \- Prepare purchase, service, or project quotations, ensuring proper analysis, approval, and subsequent execution. Monitor that implementations remain within approved budgets, avoiding unauthorized financial deviations. \- Procure materials and coordinate logistics for both domestic and international productions. \- Visit external workshops to supervise quality standards and compliance with the brand's production guidelines. \- Verify physical and digital inventories, ensuring accurate updates on accounting platforms, CMRs, Marketplaces, and logistics providers. \- Manage supplier payments and securely archive documentation in an organized manner. \- Generate periodic management and closing reports for management, including key performance indicators (KPIs). \- Be responsible for opening and closing Conqueror offices, ensuring facilities are available for employee entry and exit, verifying the proper condition of spaces, equipment, and security systems at the beginning and end of each workday. This function involves safeguarding facility integrity and ensuring all closure procedures comply with company policies. \- In cases of staffing emergencies, handle customer service and efficiently manage PQRs (inquiries, complaints, and claims) related to shipping logistics, ensuring timely responses, effective solutions, and adherence to the company's quality and service standards. \- Academic background: Technical, technological, or professional degree in administrative fields, foreign trade, logistics, or related areas. \- Skills: Leadership, effective communication, time management, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
