**Posting Date:** 24 Oct 2025 **City:** Bogota **Location:**Bogota, CO, 110221 **Contract Type:** Permanent **Division:** Energy Project Solutions **Level of experience:** Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a **Project Controller (Wind Project)** to join its office in **Bogotá/La Guajira, Colombia** within the **Energy Project Solutions** Division.**Mission** Supervise, control and report on the financial, scheduling and performance aspects of the wind project, ensuring that cost, time and quality objectives are met. \#LI\-AM2**Main Responsibilities** + **Project Financial Control:** - Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within the approved budget. - Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions. - Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders. + **Planning and Schedule Management:** - Develop, update and monitor the project schedule. - Coordinate with engineering, construction and operations teams to ensure activities are executed according to plan. - Identify delay risks and propose mitigation measures. + **Reporting and KPI Monitoring:** - Generate project performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, time and resources. - Prepare periodic progress reports for management and clients. - Maintain accurate records of all project transactions and activities. + **Support in Decision-Making:** - Provide financial and scheduling information to support strategic project decisions. - Participate in coordination meetings and project status reviews. - Assess the impact of changes in scope, costs and timelines. + **Contract and Supplier Management:** - Review and control payments to contractors and suppliers based on milestone achievement and deliverables. - Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with agreed financial terms and schedules. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related fields. * Professional with more than 7 years of general experience in the Energy Sector. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in project control, preferably in the wind sector. * Knowledge of cost management, planning, financial analysis and project control tools (Primavera, MS Project, SAP, advanced Excel). * Analytical skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency depending on project scope. **Key Competencies:** Organization and planning.
