You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our operational standards while optimizing costs, timelines, and strategic alignment. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring DOS audits and implementing improvements to guarantee operational excellence across our facilities. **What will you do in this role?** * Plan, execute, and supervise branch development and expansion projects. * Coordinate with key departments such as Procurement, Finance, SHE, IT, and General Services. * Ensure each project meets budget, deadlines, and Scania’s quality standards. * Prepare technical and strategic reports to support decision-making by the Branch Development Coordinator. * Supervise on-site construction and prepare progress reports (SPI/CPI). * Follow up on audits and Dealer Operating Standards (DOS), proposing and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. ✅ **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects, site supervision, or real estate development. * Intermediate proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, Excel, and Outlook. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Lean, PMI). * Advanced English.
