With the skill and energy to multitask in a small business without losing sight of details. Responsibilities include customer service, sales, and general management of the location. Applicants must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably with basic knowledge of barista skills. We offer job stability, a positive work environment, and performance recognition. Fixed-term employment contract, renewed every 4 months, becoming indefinite after one year. Average salary: 2 million + overtime pay + commissions based on goal achievement. General working hours: Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
