Coordinate the cybersecurity, detection, and incident response strategy, ensuring effective event and vulnerability management aligned with international frameworks and business needs **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate security incident management. * Implement and manage threat detection, correlation, and mitigation tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, PAM, etc.). * Coordinate incident response and recovery actions according to **NIST 800\-61**, **ISO 27035**, or **MITRE ATT\&CK**. * Perform analysis of events, threats, and vulnerabilities. * Collaborate with the threat intelligence team (Threat Hunting and Threat Intel). * Lead simulation exercises and incident response testing. * Prepare executive and technical reports on incidents and corrective actions. **Responsibilities and attributions** **Requirements** * Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in cyber defense, incident response, or security monitoring. * **2 or more years leading teams or coordinating SOC operations.** * Experience with advanced security tools (EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, PAM, etc.). * Desired experience in forensic analysis, malware, threat hunting, or threat intelligence. **Required / desirable certifications** * EC\-Council **CEH** or **CHFI** * CompTIA **Security\+** or **CySA\+** * **OSCP**, **GIAC GCIH / GPEN / GREM** * Desirable: **Microsoft SC\-200**, **Splunk Certified Analyst**, **CND (Certified Network Defender)** **Requirements and qualifications** **Competencies** * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Clear communication and effective incident management. * Teamwork and collaboration with Vulnerability, SOC, and Risk teams. * Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
