We seek a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person with intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel to perform accurate analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt to dynamic environments, and maintain calmness and efficiency under high-pressure situations. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological education in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Basic accounting knowledge (assets, liabilities, income, expenses, balances). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial, administrative, or accounting roles. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and appropriate emotional management under pressure. * **Availability of time.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in financial and accounting analysis, including bank reconciliations, payment and collection control, and budgeting. * Prepare accurate financial reports and statements using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, advanced functions). * Manage and keep administrative and accounting documentation up to date. * Participate in the preparation of balance sheets and income statements by applying basic accounting knowledge. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial and administrative processes. * Contribute to goal achievement through effective communication and a proactive, results-oriented attitude. **Personal Competencies:** * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Clear, assertive communication and teamwork. * Emotional management during high-demand periods. **Selection Process Step 1 TESTS:** * **Intermediate Excel and technical knowledge test** **Job Conditions:** * **Location:** Bogotá D.C. – La Alhambra neighborhood. * **Work Mode:** 100% in-person (Monday to Saturday). * **Contract Type:** Indefinite term. * **Salary:** $1,550,000 to $1,850,000 depending on experience.
