Your main objective will be to verify and manage customer deposits upon request, both for Collective Investment Funds and the Brokerage Firm, carrying out the respective transactions in the CORE systems managed by the company, as well as timely management of reconciliation entries, ensuring the proper execution of daily operations. ***Functions:*** * Verify and account for funds received in bank accounts according to supporting documents provided and information from financial institutions * Set up and process fiduciary service requests for new accounts * Verify and manage reconciliation entries * Download, upload, and apply collections from accounts that have agreements with banks, according to the value proposition offered to the client * Manage certification requests for GMF tax exemption on transfers from the same beneficiary to our FICs * Verify and manage requests made by internal and external clients regarding collections ***Requirements:*** * Professional degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields * 1 year of experience in treasury roles * Office suite. Intermediate-level Excel required.
