





POSITION SUMMARY The planning analyst develops preventive maintenance schedules for contractual customers and negotiates with the customer; analyzes demand and equipment sizing for predictive and corrective maintenance of contractual customers; defines the service schedule for technicians in the region; plans customer integrations and document submission; participates in meetings with customers to negotiate service times; is also responsible for analyzing service demands, proposing specific adjustments or permanent changes to team shifts if necessary; analyzes service logistics with the goal of optimizing resources and reducing costs, always attending to customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive requests for One-Time Services, Startups, Contracts via Vertiv WEB or Warranty Services. * Develop preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and warranty schedules for contractual customers and negotiate with the customer. * Analyze demand and equipment sizing for predictive and corrective maintenance of contracted customers. * Open and track Purchase Requests and Requisitions for international, national, and contractor spare parts to fulfill contracts or microrregional requirements. * Define work schedules for technicians and providers in the region. * Prepare documentation and plan customer integration. * Participate in customer meetings to negotiate service times and monitor agreed-upon plans. * Analyze KPIs, work shifts, and overtime, and develop action plans (when necessary). * Analyze service demands, proposing specific or permanent adjustments for equipment shift changes if necessary. * Update and manage weekly forecast. (Planner – coordinator) * Analyze service logistics to optimize resources and reduce expenses, always addressing customer needs. * Open service orders in the system and plan training for field technicians. * Validate receipt of customer documents. * Request billing from Finance and close service orders. * REQUISITOS * Degree in Administrative Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge and proficiency with Office tools. * Knowledge and experience in customer management. * English.
