An important BPO sector company is looking for Collections Advisors to join its team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 1 month of experience managing delinquent or post-legal portfolios. Desirable to have initial-level studies in Law. Main responsibilities: Effectively manage the post-legal portfolio. Follow up and monitor clients with payment agreements. Meet established productivity and effectiveness indicators. Working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (on-site). Salary: $1.783.500 + legal benefits + bonuses between $200.000 and $1.000.000 (uncapped). Contract: Work or labor agreement directly with the company. Work location: Near Escuela Militar station. Biweekly payments: on the 15th and 30th of each month. Paid training: 3 to 5 days with a daily payment of $30.000. Modality: 100% on-site.
