**Description** **Job Description** Our school, La Colina, part of the ISP Schools group, located in La Calera, Cundinamarca, Calendar B, Bilingual (Spanish and English), is seeking a Supernumerary Art Teacher for high school. **Position Profile** Licensed/Professionals in related fields with at least two years of experience in the role, excellent interpersonal skills, creative and proactive abilities, and willingness for continuous learning. **Responsibilities and Functions:** Support the planning and delivery of art classes in coordination with the main teacher. Accompany and guide students in carrying out artistic activities (visual, plastic, performing, or musical, depending on the area). Assist in organizing materials, supplies, and resources necessary for art classes and projects. Collaborate in setting up exhibitions, presentations, or art displays both within and outside the institution. Monitor individual student progress, providing feedback throughout the creative process. Promote habits of care and proper use of artistic materials and tools. Support cross-curricular and interdisciplinary projects where art integrates with other subjects. Provide additional support to students who need further assistance in developing their artistic skills. Foster a creative, inclusive, and respectful environment, encouraging participation from all students.
