**We are looking for a Structures Coordinator!** Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Location: Cota, Cundinamarca **Required Profile:** We are seeking a technician or technologist in Metal Mechanics or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in: * Trailer repair (doors, floors, roofs, curtains) * Van injection * Heavy vehicle metal mechanics * Types of welding * Office tools **Key Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, working under pressure, planning, personnel management, results orientation, and adaptability to change. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and initial inspection * Work order creation * Technical training and support * Scheduling and execution of tasks * Process and inventory standardization **Salary:** $2\.800\.000 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. \| Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Desirable Requirement:** Reside near Cota and have a motorcycle for transportation.
