**At Terpel, we are committed to generating diverse employment opportunities.** **If you are motivated to create, inspire, and learn, this challenge is for you!** We are currently seeking the next Project Manager for Convenience, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring activities related to pre-feasibility, feasibility, design, construction, and commissioning of sales points for the various businesses and brands within the company's convenience portfolio, in accordance with current regulations and aligned with the procedures and guidelines established in organizational policies, ensuring compliance with project time, cost, and quality indicators. **Required Academic Background**: Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related fields. **Complementary Formal Education**: Specialization in Project Management. **Specific Knowledge**: Design and optimization of layouts for retail and convenience projects, procedures for obtaining permits and licenses, comprehensive technical coordination of retail and convenience construction projects (architecture, structure, hydrosanitary, electrical, and HVAC installations), preparation and review of construction budgets, execution and supervision of works. Project management in infrastructure. Proficiency in design and project management software: AutoCAD (essential), REVIT (desirable), Project (essential). Possession of a valid driver's license renewed within the last two (2) years prior to the selection process dates. **Minimum Required Experience**: 3 to 5 years in similar roles, as the person responsible for overall coordination and execution of retail and convenience projects throughout their entire life cycle (pre-feasibility, feasibility, design, construction, and commissioning). **Important**: Must have availability for national travel.
