We are looking for a Superstar like you, customer-focused and wanting to have the best day, every day ...**Role Purpose:** The Senior Security Manager is the reference point for security excellence in the Express industry; the position and response are based on the ability to demonstrate having maintained strict security measures over the years, providing a safe working environment for staff, a secure network for our customers' shipments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.**Main Responsibilities:*** Perform loading and unloading of goods within established timeframes. * Ensure that security requirements are integrated from the outset into business decision-making. * Identify hazards and assess residual risks, ensuring effective control measures are implemented. * Define, communicate and monitor security responsibilities across all operational areas. * Continuously adapt and update security measures according to business and environmental changes. * Ensure alignment of security measures with Group global policies. * Coordinate collaboration between internal security experts and executives. * Design, implement and evaluate emergency and crisis management plans based on risk analysis. * Supervise secure recruitment, background investigations, contractual standards, as well as secure inspection and acceptance processes for shipments and air operations. **Requirements:** 1\. Education: Professionals in Engineering, Economics, Military Forces, specialized in Security Management. 2\. 5 years of experience in managing and administering security for private sector companies. 3\.
