This position is for SUPPLA S.A **Role Description** ---------------------- Effectively and efficiently transport goods on the platform using forklifts, operating them optimally during receiving, positioning, and dispatch operations. Guarantee timeliness and accuracy in the process while generating minimal damages. **Requirements** ------------------ Suppla S.A (a company of the DHL group), requires a high school graduate with a valid forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating electric reach trucks. SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (6:00 am\- 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm \- 10:00 pm; 10:00 pm \- 6:00 am). LOCATION: Juan Mina, La Cayeno **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure the warehouse remains organized. * Restock merchandise in designated fixed picking locations. * Transport requested goods during loading, unloading, and storage processes. Distribute requested goods to respective areas. * Unload goods requested by departments and those arriving via carriers at the platform facilities. * Respect and enforce warehouse safety signs, routes, and regulations. * Immediately report upon detection all incidents related to receiving, storage, and dispatch: detected damages, damage to goods, damage to infrastructure (racks, columns, ramps, fire extinguishers…), and damage to forklifts. Attend, witness, and fully participate in all trainings determined necessary by the company or client for the forklift operator team. * Recharge forklift batteries timely and in the designated area of the platform. Report any incidents occurring with assigned equipment and record such incidents in the corresponding log sheet. * Perform daily cleaning of assigned equipment and check forklift operation before use. * Promptly suggest any improvement actions regarding storage activities and order preparation tasks. * Participate in cleaning and recycling activities carried out on the platform. * Care for, protect, and safeguard infrastructure, personal protective equipment, customer products, and provided or assigned resources, also reporting to the immediate supervisor any substandard situations identified. * Based on their knowledge and within the scope of their role, prevent accidents (theft, damage to goods, etc.), fines or sanctions from regulatory authorities, or incidents affecting service quality that could lead to justified customer claims.
