





A leading company in the food sector requires a **Production Manager** with training as a **Food or Quality Technologist**, proven experience in **meat product processing**. The role's purpose is to **plan, coordinate, and supervise production operations**, ensuring efficiency, quality, and process safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule, control, and optimize production lines. * Supervise operational staff, ensuring compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Ensure implementation of quality and safety management systems (**GMP, HACCP**). * Monitor efficient use of raw materials and supplies. * Coordinate and support **INVIMA (IVC)** audits. * Verify the operation of industrial equipment (emulsifiers, grinders, stuffers, slicers, ovens, vacuum packaging systems). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Food or Quality Technologist. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervisory or production management roles, preferably in the meat industry. * **Knowledge:** GMP, HACCP, sanitary regulations, production process control, personnel leadership, intermediate Excel skills. * **Skills:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, results orientation, continuous improvement. **Conditions:** * **Workplace:** Bogotá, D.C. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, day shift only (availability according to operations). * **Salary:** Negotiable based on experience.
