Professional in Industrial Engineering or seventh semester onwards Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Analyst. Solid knowledge in BPMN and Reengineering projects. You will be the change agent responsible for analyzing, documenting, and redesigning key processes (Commercial, Legal, Operations) to achieve a more agile and efficient Operating Model. Key Responsibilities Lead process mapping (AS\-IS) and modeling (TO\-BE) using BPMN methodology. Drive Transformation and Change Management within the organization.
