The role combines analytical monitoring, project management, and hands\-on execution of marketing and communication initiatives. Requirements: * 2\+ years of experience in marketing, digital project management, or related fields. * Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. * Proven ability to dive deep into new sphere and quickly understand unfamiliar domains. * Experience coordinating cross\-functional teams and managing complex workflows. * Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital communication channels would be a huge plus. * Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Upper\-Intermediate or higher). * Proactive, curious, and results\-driven mindset with a hands\-on approach to problem\-solving. What you will do: * Monitor brand presence and performance across key online platforms and communities, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement. * Audit and prioritize external platforms and channels to focus marketing efforts where engagement and impact are highest. * Coordinate issue resolution and cross\-team communication to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. * Develop and maintain workflows, reporting systems, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency. * Research market trends and develop long\-term digital strategies in collaboration with consultants, including SERM optimization, content planning, and partnership development. * Plan, launch, and optimize content campaigns across owned and third\-party platforms to strengthen brand visibility and awareness. * Manage cross\-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and at a high\-quality standard.
