We are looking for a professional passionate about **quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence**, responsible for leading the **implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (SIG)** according to **IATF 16949** guidelines. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure SIG compliance and product quality at the plant. * Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits. * Implement quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D). * Manage corrective actions and continuous improvement. * Evaluate suppliers and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in management and quality systems within the automotive or manufacturing sector. * Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. **We offer:** Continuous improvement environment, job stability.
