We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect \- Salesforce \- to join our team. The **Salesforce Technical Architect** will serve as the technical leader and strategic advisor for a team of \~15 Salesforce engineers, including leads and senior developers. This role will oversee the design, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions — with a primary focus on **Salesforce CPQ**, **Salesforce RCA (Revenue Cloud Advance)**, and **DevOps automation via Gearset**. The architect will collaborate with engineering leadership, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high\-performance implementations that align with enterprise standards and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the Architecture review board and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards. * Architect and build scalable, high\-performing solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). * Promote the use of AI in all the SDLC among all the Engineering and other areas in the company * Oversee the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. * Define and document end\-to\-end architecture for Salesforce solutions, including CPQ and RCA modules, integrations, and custom development frameworks. * Provide technical direction, code review, and solution oversight for a team of 15 engineers (including leads and senior developers). * Lead implementation and governance of Gearset pipelines for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment to multiple Salesforce environments. * Ensure adherence to Salesforce development of the best practices, security standards, and code quality through automated PMD scans, code reviews, and deployment policies. * Partner with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable Salesforce releases using agile and Jira\-based tracking. * Analyze system performance, recommend architectural improvements, and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) initiatives for incidents and recurring issues. * Coach and mentor team members to elevate technical capability, enforce standards, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. * Evaluate new Salesforce features, platform releases, and third\-party tools to enhance system performance and team productivity. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **8\+ years** of hands\-on Salesforce experience, including **3\+ years** in a **technical architect** or **lead developer** capacity. * Proven expertise in **Salesforce CPQ**, **Apex**, **LWC**, **SOQL**, and **Salesforce APIs**. * Strong experience with **Gearset** (pipelines, CI/CD, automated deployments). * Demonstrated experience in **agile development environments** with **Jira**. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. * Salesforce certifications such as **Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)**, **Application Architect**, or **System Architect** preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Understanding of **Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advance** * Experience designing solutions integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, data warehouse, etc.). * Familiarity with **MLOps / AIOps Awareness** or other DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado). * Knowledge of **Prompt Engineering and LLM Integration Skills,** or similar static analysis tools for technical debt remediation. * Prior experience managing or scaling mid\-sized engineering teams (10–20 members). * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with a focus on performance and maintainability Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are \#ChangingLives ! **Additional information** *Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.*
