Your day\-to\-day will involve a mix of the following tasks: **1\. Administrative \& Accounting Support** * **Data Entry:** Accurately input sales, expense, and transaction data into spreadsheets and/or accounting software. * **Documentation:** Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and company documentation. * **Process Management:** Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative duties as needed. * **Invoicing:** Draft and track simple invoices and receipts. **2\. Marketing \& Social Media Support** * **Content Scheduling:** Schedule and post pre\-approved content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). * **Community Management:** Monitor social media inboxes and comments, and flag engagement opportunities or issues to the Marketing Manager. * **Research:** Conduct basic market or competitor research to inform content and sales strategies. * **Asset Organization:** Organize and manage digital marketing assets (photos, videos, copy). **3\. Sales \& Customer Support** * **CRM Management:** Update and maintain customer and prospect records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * **Lead Qualification:** Perform initial screening and organization of incoming sales inquiries and leads. * **Communication:** Draft and send professional follow\-up emails to prospects and customers based on templates. * **Customer Service:** Assist with answering basic customer service questions via email or chat. **Qualifications (What You'll Bring):** * **Experience:** **1\-5** years of proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or operations support role. * **Location:** Must currently reside in **Colombia** or **Uruguay** and have a strong understanding of the local professional culture. * **Language:** Professional\-level proficiency in **English** is a strong asset *(Please specify your English level in your application).* * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
