Requirements: ✅ University degree in Civil Engineering (preferably graduated from a recognized university in Colombia). ✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural or metal fabrication projects. ✅ Proficiency in structural design software: SAP, AutoCAD, among others. ✅ Ability to work in teams and under demanding schedules.
