




We are seeking an Engineer, Technologist, or professional in Archival Science, Library Science, Document Administration, or related fields. Additional training in quality management systems is desirable. Minimum of 2 years of experience in document management or documented information control in projects under ISO standards. The candidate must ensure the management, control, standardization, and traceability of documented information within the Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the guidelines of the COSO framework. **Function / Responsibility** * Support the **creation, control, and updating of documented information** of the QMS, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. * Structure, diagram, and update **process flowcharts** for the institutional process map (strategic, operational, support, and evaluation processes). * Manage the **document repository** (in Box, SharePoint, or Salesforce) and apply security criteria, version control, traceability, and accessibility standards. * Develop, under consultants' guidance, **document retention schedules**, indexes, and coding nomenclatures for system documents. * Support the **consolidation of documented evidence** for internal audits and management reviews. * Prepare or assist in the layout of visual documents. * Participate in **training and awareness activities** for staff on document management topics and system usage. * Ensure compliance with established **internal control and document traceability requirements**. * Maintain the **master document control list** up to date and report versions and obsolescence to the project leader. * Support the **preparation of the final documentary deliverable** of the project.
