Coordinate with the logistics operator of the CDR (Regional Distribution Center) regarding the allocation of physical space and human and material resources for the normal flow of products delivered by production and operations. Coordinate with land, maritime, and air carriers regarding equipment availability and positioning; ensure booking of spaces and itineraries within MABE's established tariff policies (Maritime Traffic and Distribution Committee). Coordinate with government entities (DIAN / MINCOMERCIO / ANTINARCOTICS), certifiers, ports, and airports to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures, and other formalities inherent to export logistics operations. Review and control the proper completion of legal and commercial documentation required for export shipments to ensure goods are shipped abroad in compliance with legal requirements, avoiding financial penalties and administrative sanctions. Generate progress reports for foreign customers on the status of their shipments; generate required reports and information for various areas within MABE, particularly the report monitoring export logistics cost closures.
