We are looking for an **AWS Support Engineer**, **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide specialized technical support in AWS environments. * Implement, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure using **Terraform**. * Design, build, and maintain **Continuous Integration (CI)** and **Continuous Delivery (CD)** pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline. * Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployments and workflows. * Participate in 24/7 support activities and alternating onsite work schedules in Medellín. * Monitor and ensure the performance of cloud services, guaranteeing operational continuity. **Requirements:** * More than **3 years of experience** working with **AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, networking fundamentals)**. * More than **1 year of experience** developing and implementing infrastructure with **Terraform**. * Basic programming knowledge for effective communication with development teams. * Experience with **DevSecOps** methodology and building CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to integrate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for 24/7 support and **alternating onsite work in Medellín**.
