





We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the organization, control, and reliability of inventories in a high-volume food and beverage operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and validate inventory closings. * Control write-offs, losses, and area consumption. * Manage purchase orders and budget control. * Ensure compliance with procedures and proper use of the ERP (SAP). * Lead the operational team in charge of storage and input control. **Required Profile:** * Graduate professional in administrative, logistics, or engineering fields. * 3 years of experience in inventory/logistics and 2 in the Food and Beverage sector. * Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience. * Ability to lead personnel and optimize resources. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM Saturday\- Sunday (holidays): 9:00 AM \- 7:00 PM Job type: Full-time, Permanent
