Screens. * Custom fields. Permissions. Notifications. Dashboards and reports in Jira Software. * Customize workspaces for projects in Jira Software. * Generate dashboards, queries, and reports. * Validate and perform testing of the workspace to ensure compliance with client requirements. Work model: Hybrid in Bogotá **Requirements:** --------------- * 9th or 10th semester of Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering, * 1 to 2 years of experience adapting pre-designed tools to meet client needs. * Knowledge and experience in organizational processes outside of IT. * Knowledge and experience in ITIL v4 processes (certification desirable). * Experience in defining software development processes. * Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). * Desirable experience in implementing and guiding DevOps processes.
