**Description:** ---------------- **Position Objective** Provide specialized consulting for the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Service Management, among others), ensuring that technological solutions align with business needs, agile best practices, and the technical standards of Itera Process and its clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions using Atlassian suite products. * Configure, administer, and customize instances of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, adapting them to business workflows. * Implement automations, dashboards, permissions, roles, and security schemes according to best practices. * Advise clients on the adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation within Jira. * Integrate Atlassian with other corporate platforms (Slack, GitHub, Bitbucket, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, etc.). * Develop scripts and advanced configurations using Automation for Jira, Groovy, REST API, or PowerShell. * Perform migrations from on-premise servers to cloud environments (Jira Cloud Migrations). * Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. * Support requirement gathering and functional design for new Atlassian projects. * Monitor tool performance, security, and adoption, proposing continuous improvements. **Tools and Technologies** * Atlassian Suite: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, Trello. * Add-ons: Tempo Timesheets, eazyBI, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Insight, Advanced Roadmaps. * Integrations: Slack, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. * Automation languages/tools: Groovy, REST API, JSON, Postman. * Cloud and Server environments: Atlassian Cloud, Data Center. **Academic Background** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields. A specialization or diploma in Project Management, DevOps, or Digital Transformation is desirable. **Required Experience** * 3 to 5 years of experience in administration or consulting of Atlassian tools. * Proven experience in Atlassian implementation, customization, and technical support projects. * Experience in agile or DevOps environments and integration with development management tools is desirable. **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** * Advanced administration of Jira Software and Confluence. * Design and configuration of workflows and automations. * Integrations with APIs and external tools. * Solid knowledge of agile project management practices. * Experience in migrations between Server/Cloud environments. * Knowledge of security, backup, and permission practices in Atlassian.
