Your mission will be to ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud services, actively participating in the daily management of environments on AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as in monitoring, deployment, and incident resolution. **Your Day-to-Day at 2Innovate** * Support daily cloud environment operations by automating tasks using scripting and infrastructure as code (IaC). * Participate in deployments, updates, and configurations in Frame and Managed services (AWS \- GCP). * Resolve technical incidents related to cloud infrastructure, ensuring SLA compliance. * Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, access management, and secure VPNs). * Collaborate in technical reviews and implementation of new solutions with development and architecture teams. * Monitor system health, performance, and availability, generating alerts and up-to-date documentation. **What You Need to Join 2Innovate?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Scripting and automation skills (bash, Python, Terraform). * Familiarity with containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience or knowledge in CI/CD, monitoring, DNS, DHCP, backups, and disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Ability to document procedures and infrastructure diagrams. * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. **Skills We Value** * Commitment: responsibility and motivation to achieve goals. * Teamwork: collaboration and smooth communication across different areas. * Organization: planning and focus on results. * Proactivity: constant pursuit of improvements in performance, security, or efficiency. * Assertive communication: technical clarity and ability to work with multiple teams. * Conflict resolution: constructive handling of incidents or conflicting priorities. **What We Offer:** * 20 days of paid time off. * A day off on your birthday * ️ 100% remote work * Continuous development, training sessions on our online platform. * Referral program with bonus incentives. * Opportunity to interact with clients from different countries. * Join a growing global company full of challenges.
