




Our client is an important construction company located in Bogotá, with over 20 years of experience in the country, specializing in project management, specialized consulting, supervision, architectural design, construction, and site management for residential, institutional, and commercial projects. They are currently seeking a professional for the position of Technical Commercial Executive. **Job Mission:** To capture new projects in specialized consulting, construction, and works execution, focusing on value generation by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with current and potential clients, and leading consultative sales processes to increase company revenue and consolidate its market position within the sector. **Job Profile:** **Required Education:** Professionals in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Construction Technologist, Professional Technician in Building Construction, Civil Works Management and Construction, or Civil Works Administration, or equivalent fields. **Essential Knowledge:** Experience in the construction sector and its commercial dynamics, public (SECOP) and private bidding processes, preparation of construction budgets, and APUS development for commercial proposals. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and specialized construction budgeting software (SINCO desirable), as well as AutoCAD. Other desirable tools: Knowledge of AI for process improvement and efficiency. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in consultative sales activities, including at least 2 years of specific commercial experience in the construction sector, with demonstrated experience in preparing construction budgets for commercial proposals. **Employment Conditions** **Contract Type**: Permanent contract **Salary:** Base: $4,500,000 + Average commissions: $3,500,000 **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM **Work Format**: On-site Position type: Indefinite
