




A company in the gastronomic and recreational sector is seeking a professional responsible for the logistical and operational control of the food and beverage area, in charge of ensuring traceability, inventory analysis, and efficiency in supply processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Validate and consolidate daily and monthly inventory closings in SAP. Analyze write-offs, losses, and inventory discrepancies, reporting deviations. Supervise movements of supplies and raw materials between warehouses and sales points. Coordinate with logistics the flow of orders and restocking. Prepare budgetary control and consumption reports. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control and food operations. Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel. **Schedule:** Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day off per week Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM Friday \- Sunday (holidays): 9:00 AM \- 7:00 PM Position type: Full-time, Permanent
