




Position: Customer and Sales Executive Location: Yopal, Casanare Contract: Indefinite term Work mode: On-site Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Travel availability: Yes Salary: Base of $3,000,000 plus variable performance average of $900,000 Job Objective Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with strategic clients (managers, executives, and advisors from the financial sector, entrepreneurs, business associations, and regional entities), promoting and disseminating FNG's guarantee products. The main purpose is to facilitate access to credit and contribute to the region's business growth. Main Responsibilities Plan, execute, and follow up on commercial activities to promote FNG services. Implement the commercial strategies and programs defined by the organization. Stay updated on regulations, products, and internal processes. Propose and implement actions that contribute to achieving commercial targets and goals. Provide support to other departments as operational needs arise. Efficiently manage assigned resources. Comply with safety regulations, SG-SST, SGSI, and cybersecurity guidelines. Develop self-regulation and quality practices in commercial management. Job Requirements Education: Professional degree in administrative, financial, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales roles within the financial sector. Residence: Yopal, Casanare, or nearby municipalities. Mobility: Availability to travel to municipalities in Casanare (frequently) and to Tunja (at least once a month). Required Skills: Commercial outreach techniques and audience management. Knowledge of financial concepts and CRM usage. Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze commercial data. Proficiency with videoconferencing tools (Microsoft Teams). High self-management, independence, and responsibility within the region. Employment type: Full-time
