




We are looking for an Infrastructure Coordinator to join our Datacenter team in Barranquilla. In this dynamic and challenging environment, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the datacenter infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service SLAs, and documentation of processes. Your experience and skills will be essential to ensure security and service delivery for our customers. **Responsibilities and attributions** * Planning preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for all datacenter infrastructure. * Creating documentation (MOP, EOP, SOP) for all activities to be performed in the datacenter. * Continuously monitoring the lifecycle of all datacenter infrastructure equipment. * Coordinating and following up with third-party support and maintenance vendors, ensuring compliance with contracted SLAs. * Effectively and efficiently tracking the operational budget usage. * Planning rotation schedules for infrastructure technicians, ensuring operational support availability according to SLAs. * Developing, maintaining, and enforcing technical and process documentation for datacenter operators. * Responsible for safety across all datacenter environments. * Actively participating in internal and external meetings, providing required information promptly. * Identifying areas for operational optimization and implementing best practices in Datacenter Operations. * Tracking failures, diagnostics, and root cause analysis. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) * More than 4 years of experience in datacenter operations or mission-critical environments. * Extensive knowledge of critical datacenter systems, including: generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, computer room cooling systems, fire detection/suppression, and building monitoring systems. * This role involves standard working conditions within a datacenter environment with rotating shift schedules to support 24/7 operations. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and manage stress. * High level of management and leadership skills. * The candidate must demonstrate confidence in customer-facing situations. * **Proficiency in English language (Intermediate to Advanced) – Mandatory – All interviews will be conducted in English.** **Additional information** **Work location**: Barranquilla, Colombia **Tecto Data Centers was born to be a reference in Brazil and worldwide.
