**Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related Maintenance Technician or Technologist, or** **Final semester student of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering** Support the maintenance department in collecting, organizing, and documenting all preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities, as well as managing spare parts, quotations, and technical reports, ensuring traceability, organization, and compliance with maintenance programs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and record daily information on preventive, corrective, and any executed maintenance interventions. Prepare and update technical maintenance reports (in Word or Excel), consolidating used and required spare parts. Support searching for references, suppliers, and quotations for electromechanical spare parts. Maintain control of spare parts inventory and consumption. Keep maintenance documentation organized (work orders, technical sheets, photographic records). Monitor maintenance plans and schedules. Assist in drafting and updating service reports or technical reports. Maintain effective communication with the technical team and administrative department. EDUCATION Electromechanical, Mechatronics or related Maintenance Technician or Technologist, or Final semester student of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering. KNOWLEDGE Basic concepts of preventive and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with electromechanical equipment (motors, belts, control panels, gearboxes). Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, formulas, charts). Technical writing and professional email communication. SOFT SKILLS Organization and attention to detail. Effective communication. Analytical ability and teamwork.
