




Position: Engineering Leader – Garment Manufacturing Sector A leading company with extensive experience in the garment industry is seeking an Engineering Leader passionate about efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can transform production processes into competitive advantages. The Challenge Lead operations from an engineering perspective, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency in every garment. You will drive resource optimization, implement automated systems (GICO or similar), and advance the technological evolution of the plant. Responsibilities • Lead engineering management on-site, focusing on productivity and quality indicators. • Implement and maintain automated floor control systems to ensure accurate efficiency measurements. • Identify and execute improvement opportunities using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies. • Ensure optimal operation and utilization of textile machinery. • Standardize methods and times to maximize efficiency. • Negotiate and lead technology projects with suppliers and internal departments. • Provide technical support and training to the production team. Desired Profile • Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. • Proven experience in floor control and efficiency management in garment manufacturing plants. • Proficiency in automated production control systems (GICO or similar). • In-depth knowledge of textile machinery and garment manufacturing processes. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Mindset focused on continuous improvement and sustainable results.
