**What success looks like in this role:** The Associate Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and internal systems using technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, and Python. Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions, actively contributing to the complete software development lifecycle. ️ **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the development of applications and services using .NET (C\#), JavaScript (React, Angular or similar), and Python. * Collaborate in the analysis of technical and functional requirements together with product and QA teams. * Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. * Contribute to continuous code improvement through reviews, refactoring, and best practices. * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. * Document functionalities, processes, and technical structures. * Support incident resolution and maintenance of existing systems. * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize development processes. \#LI\-SA1 **You will be successful in this role if you have:** **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * 2 \- 4 years of experience in software development. * Solid knowledge of .NET (C\#), JavaScript, and Python. * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). * Experience working with version control (Git). * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Teamwork skills, effective communication, and results orientation.
