Proven experience in defining and implementing commercial strategies as well as managing multidisciplinary teams is required. Solid knowledge of banking solutions with an international focus is essential; familiarity with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Colombia or Latin America will be highly valued. **Education** * Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering. * Postgraduate studies such as an MBA or CFA certification are desirable. * English proficiency is desirable. **Technical Skills** * In-depth knowledge of banking products and services (including credit and transactions). * Expertise in modern transactional solutions: * APIs, Open Banking, and emerging technologies. * Commercial strategies for "High Growth Companies" clients. * Investment and venture capital ecosystems focused on entrepreneurship (desirable). **Skills and Competencies** * Commercial and strategic planning. * High-value relationship management. * Structuring of banking business. * Identification and development of strategic alliances. * Participation in financial product innovation. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
