




A leading technology company is looking for a Service Desk Agent who meets the following requirements Education: Technical or technological degree in systems or related fields, or students in at least the seventh semester of engineering programs (systems, electronics, telecommunications, or related) Work experience: Minimum of 2 years in: Level 1 technical support (phone, email, service desk tools) in an IT help desk environment.
