Applicants must hold a degree in social work, psychology, industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or service sector companies. **ESSENTIAL**: Knowledge in payroll and social security **PREFERRED**: Proficiency in World Office software. The coordinator will oversee HR processes including recruitment, development, talent management, disciplinary procedures, training, and others. Required competencies include leadership, assertive communication, results orientation, teamwork, and strong skills in office productivity tools.
