




A company in the recreational sector requires a professional with experience in inventory control and analysis, responsible for ensuring traceability of movements and timely supply of raw materials and inputs for gastronomic operations. **Job Objective:** Ensure the reliability of Food and Beverage inventory through the application of documented controls, tracking of withdrawals, validation in SAP, and analysis of variances impacting operational costs. **Required Profile:** Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Control. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics control within food-related environments. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and budgetary control. **Schedule:** Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day off per week Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM Friday \- Sunday (holidays): 9:00 AM \- 7:00 PM Type of position: Full-time, Indefinite
