Coordinate the logistical chain from raw material procurement to final delivery, focusing on profitability, inventory control, and team leadership. **Requirements:** Professional in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience leading food service operations in high-traffic environments (restaurants, catering, parks, or events). Knowledge of BPM, HACCP, waste control, cost management, and production planning.
