Your role will be crucial in ensuring our products reach every corner efficiently, swiftly, and above all, meeting the highest standards of quality and legality. You will be the key orchestrator of our triangular operations, guaranteeing smooth export processes and logistical optimization through monitoring of logistics flows and procedures for export operations, shipment tracking, compliance with all internal company processes, and national and international regulations. You’ll face stimulating challenges including: * **Management of operational process flows:** You will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of key steps in logistics and international trade processes. From invoicing to proactive follow-up with our internal customers, you’ll ensure each stage progresses seamlessly, identifying and resolving any potential bottlenecks. * **Documentation and compliance:** You will meticulously prepare and review the correlation and traceability of all documentation related to our triangular operations for export activities. Your precision will be essential to ensure national and international regulatory compliance and avoid risks. * **Export management:** You will participate in the planning, management, and monitoring of our export operations, always seeking to optimize time and processes. You’ll ensure our products arrive on time and in perfect condition at their final destination, directly contributing to the satisfaction of our international customers. * **Tracking and audits:** You will maintain rigorous control over all documents and records, preparing thoroughly for internal and external audits. Your agility in responding to requests and maintaining traceability will be a fundamental pillar for transparency and continuous improvement. * **Cross-functional coordination:** You will act as the bridge between key teams such as our Distribution Center, carriers, international subsidiaries, and Supply Chain teams.
