Join us!** **Main job function:** Actively participate in the execution of key tasks within the end-to-end cycle of products such as Leasing, Factoring, Guarantees, and Accounting, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services. Applying operational and agile work frameworks, perform risk controls, generate management metrics, and propose continuous improvements to strengthen processes and the experience of internal and external users. **Academic background:** Technologists, professionals, or students completing at least 8 semesters in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector in areas such as banking operations, administrative processes, data analysis, or management control, ideally with financial products such as Leasing, Factoring, or Guarantees. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). * Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), especially advanced use of Excel spreadsheets and PPT. * Knowledge of financial products: Leasing, Factoring, Guarantees, Accounting. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or others). * Process and metrics management tools. **Skills and Competencies.** * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Analytical skills and time management. * Collaborative work and effective communication. * Adaptability to change and continuous improvement mindset. * Proactivity in identifying and proposing solutions. *Hello!
