A leading company in the metalworking sector is seeking a highly results-oriented **Production Manager** with experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes. The main objective will be to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and optimization of technical and human resources at the plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise production operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans and delivery schedules. * Implement continuous improvement strategies in production processes focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. * Coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure proper material flow and equipment availability. * Lead the production team, promoting talent development, motivation, and an industrial safety culture. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in production management or supervisory roles within the metalworking or heavy manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of **lean manufacturing**, process control, performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance management. * Postgraduate specialization in production management, manufacturing, or related areas is preferred. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and results orientation. * Strategic planning and analytical thinking. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am \- 5:00 pm / Friday from 7:00 am \- 1:40 pm **Work Location:** Bogotá D.C \- Industrial Zone.
