Ready to create together?** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITY** Promote and oversee the implementation of the non-financial risk management methodology and the internal control model defined by the group, in alignment with local regulations related to the Internal Control System and Operational Risk Management System (SARO), within BBVA entities in Colombia, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Professional degree in economics, business administration or related fields, or industrial engineering. Postgraduate studies in risk management, auditing, internal control, or similar areas are valued favorably. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to internal control, auditing, risk management, or regulatory compliance. **KNOWLEDGE AND/OR TOOLS** * Knowledge of SARO, SIAR, Basel (Intermediate) * Proficiency in Google collaborative applications (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, etc.) (Intermediate) * Experience with project management tool JIRA (Intermediate) * Experience with risk management tool MIGRO (Advanced) * Knowledge and use of ARIS process structure (Intermediate) * Proficiency in Looker Studio (Intermediate) **SKILLS** * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with both team members and internal/external clients * Task organization, planning, and prioritization * Project follow-up and reporting * Continuous learning attitude * Proactive problem-solving * Team training and development * Empathetic listening * Critical thinking *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
