The ideal candidate will be a **proactive, dynamic individual with strong commercial management skills**, responsible for **going out into the market to find clients**, offering our services in person, conducting effective follow-ups, closing sales, and scheduling meetings with interested clients. Additionally, the candidate is expected to actively identify and generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities: * Go out to prospect clients directly in the field (in-person visits, direct contact, networking). * Present and offer our architecture and landscaping services face-to-face. * Closely follow up with potential clients to ensure leads are converted into sales. * Coordinate and schedule in-person meetings to present proposals in greater detail. * Identify and open new markets through visits, referrals, and commercial exploration. * Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed established targets.
