**Important construction sector company requires for its work team:** ***\*STRUCTURAL SITE RESIDENT*** ***Requirements:*** \- Civil Engineer, Construction Architect or Architect with sufficient experience in structures and demonstrated competence. Experience in cast-in-place walls \- Preparation of APU's and extraction of quantities from plans. / Preparation and monitoring of construction scheduling in Project and Excel, knowledge of the logical sequence of a structural program. / Proficiency in steel ordering software for detailing / Basic knowledge of Structural Design / Basic knowledge of concrete preparation and mix proportions / Basic knowledge of current regulations; Environmental, HSE, NSR 10, NTC 9001 / Intermediate proficiency in EXCEL, PROJECT software / Intermediate proficiency in WORD, AUTOCAD viewers / Proficiency and knowledge of the last planner tool / Proficiency and knowledge of SINCO or equivalent budgeting software. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a structural site resident, experience in cast-in-place walls, experience in high-rise construction.
