Join us!** **Main job function:** Lead software development initiatives and management of technological projects, ensuring delivery of efficient, innovative digital solutions aligned with business needs. Lead internal and/or external teams, optimize resources, and ensure objectives are met on time, with quality and within budget. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science or related fields. Postgraduate studies desirable in project management, MBA, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence or Software Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in software development areas and proficiency with OpenSource tools. Two (2) years of technical leadership experience desirable. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Project budget management. * Technologies such as Java, J2EE, EJB, Spring, Databases (Oracle, SQL), BPMs. * Component-based development. * Service-oriented development (REST-XML, REST-JSON, SOAP), API Google, Android, IOS, Amazon, iCloud. * Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Cells. * Continuous integration. **Skills and Competencies:** * Collaborative work and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Effective and assertive communication. * Customer service orientation and customer experience focus. * Analytical ability, innovation, and problem-solving skills. * Strategic vision and results-driven mindset. *Hello!
