Join us!** **Main job function:** Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable technological features that address business challenges. You will actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Design, and Quality teams to translate requirements into efficient, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. You will also lead the identification and resolution of technical issues, promoting continuous improvement in system architecture and performance. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Software Development are desirable. **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector within software development areas, focusing on design, programming, and integration of technological solutions. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Java programming language and object-oriented programming. * Design and implementation of RESTful services and microservices. * API integration and management of relational and non-relational databases. * Frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Components). * Mobile application development. * Familiarity with scalable architectures and collaborative development environments. * Project management * NextGen technologies. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and focus on solving complex problems. * Technical leadership and autonomy in decision-making. * High capacity for multidisciplinary teamwork. * Mindset of continuous learning and innovation. * Results orientation and excellence in execution. * Initiative to identify improvement opportunities in technological solutions. * Ability to positively influence work teams and generate impact. *Hello!
