Join us!** **Main job function:** Responsible for orchestrating and technically leading medium to high-impact digital transformation projects for the Commercial segment (Businesses, Governments, and Institutions). Will be in charge of strategic definition, planning, and execution of technological solutions, ensuring their quality, alignment with business needs, and on-time delivery. Will also facilitate collaboration between technical teams and functional areas, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous innovation. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferably with postgraduate studies in project management, digital transformation, or software architecture **.** **Experience:** Minimum five (5) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, leading technological or digital transformation projects, participating in strategic, cross-functional, or highly complex technical or functional initiatives. Project management using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency with tools such as JIRA or similar. Familiarity with modern architectural models, APIs, and cloud environments. DevOps principles and secure development. NextGen technologies.
