Join us!** **Main job function:** Will technically lead the development of strategic projects from the Net Cash – Gema team, part of the Systems Enterprise department. The main responsibility will be supporting the evolution and sustainability of the Net Cash Web, Net Cash Mobile, and Global Enterprises Mobile Application platforms, delivering engineering value to the business. Will work closely with Business, Quality, Operations, and other key departments, focusing on generating high-impact software solutions for corporate clients. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in software architecture, application development, or technological project management are desirable. **Type and years of experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical leadership of software development projects, working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments. **Technical knowledge / tools:** * Solid knowledge in software architecture, web and mobile application development. * Experience in technical project management in agile environments. * Proficiency with collaborative development and project management tools (e.g.: JIRA, Git, etc.). * Knowledge of solutions oriented to the financial sector and enterprise digital channel platforms is desirable. **Skills and Competencies:** * Technical leadership with strategic vision. * Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in teams. * Focus on quality, efficiency, and value delivery. * Assertive communication with technical and functional teams. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. *Hello!
